I’m an Early Childhood and Elementary Learning and Literacy Specialist.

I have 17 years of experience working in mainstream and special education schools across New York, California, and Connecticut. My expertise is in identifying and treating dyslexia, and in helping educators and families support children with language-based learning disabilities. I'm trained in Orton-Gillingham, The Writing Revolution, UFLI, and several other evidence-based structured literacy programs.

I partner with schools to build equitable, research-based learning support programs, train teachers in evidence-based literacy instruction, and lead professional development. Learn more.

I also work with children and families directly, helping parents navigate evaluations, school services, and individualized support for children who are struggling with literacy development. Learn more.

And I’m the co-founder of How Now, a company that creates science-of-reading aligned books for beginning readers. Cat and Tad Volume 1 came out in November 2024, and Volume 2 in April, 2026. Visit How Now.
